The item can be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order (statutory withdrawal period). All items must be returned in the original selling condition with the original packaging. It must not have been worn or used or damaged. Please send it to:

We process the refund within 30 days of receipt (maximum period:7 days). You will receive the refund via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase.
N.B: please keep the duplicate of the transport slip in order to be able to follow up and justify the date of dispatch.

2 –If the purchased item has a manufacturing flaw, it can be sent back to us by Colissimo to:

The item will be repaired free of charge or exchanged, and will then be returned by Colissimo with a tracking number and at our expense. Please note that there will be no repairs or exchanges in case of accidental damage, improper use of a product or solvent, or abnormal use of the item. Exchanges can only be done if the item is new, unworn, and returned in its original packaging and condition.
Repair requests can be made up to 1 year from the date of purchase. The procedure is as follows:

We won’t be able to proceed with your request if the item is very old, has experienced accidental damages, or improper use of solvent. In these cases, the item can’t be repaired. 3 – Once we receive the item, it will then be repaired free of charge and then returned by Colissimo to its owner.
Refund: we will refund the amount paid during the purchase, excluding the return costs, which remain at your expense:
- Chronopost shipping costs for both home delivery and drop-off point.
- Shipping costs for deliveries outside of France.
Exchange : the return delivery costs remain at the expense of the customer. Upon receipt of the item, the company LUNA will resend the chosen product in exchange by Colissimo.
Damaged item or wrong product ordered: in case you received a damaged product or an error occurred in your order, the return and resend costs may be at our expense. Please send us an email at [email protected] [email protected] indicating your order number, name and the concern encountered.
